Traysealers for tray packaging

A traysealer seals a tray with lidding film. This group includes semi-automatic SPP4.3 and SPP6 models and automatic LPT200 and LPT500 machines. Selection considers tray format, mould, film material, atmosphere and the required level of automation.

Before selecting a model

For selection, provide external tray dimensions and depth, lidding-film material, any modified-atmosphere or skin-packaging requirement, and the desired workload. The mould and configuration are confirmed for the selected machine.
